Instant Virtuals
A quick way to show your client how their logo could look on an OraLabs product, before the order. Turn it, see every side of the label and download a watermarked virtual to present. When your client moves forward, the art team prepares the proof. The logo stays in your browser unless you choose to send it to the art team.
Instant Virtuals is being prepared
The tool is ready. It is waiting on blank-label product imagery, and each product appears here as its imagery is approved.
Until then, the art team will produce your virtual. Send the logo and the product you have in mind through the request form and they will take it from there.
We could not load the product list
Reload the page to try again. If it still does not load, request the virtual from the art team instead.
Add your client’s logo in step 2, or try the sample logo, to see it on the label.
Choose a product
Dark label stock: use a light or white version of the logo. Dark artwork will not show on it, in the virtual or in print.
Add your client’s logo
Drop an AI, PDF, PNG, JPG or SVG here for the preview
Up to 10 MB. An AI or PDF previews directly and is noted as the original artwork for the art team, who prefer AI or EPS because they can edit it. An EPS cannot be previewed here: add it together with a PNG export of the logo.
Nothing is uploaded. The logo is processed in your browser and does not leave your computer unless you choose to send it to the art team.
Position and style it
Part of the artwork is outside the imprint area and will not print.
Part of the artwork sits under OraLabs’ fixed copy on the label, such as the net weight, which prints on top of it. Fit to imprint area keeps it clear.
Add text (phone, website…)
The artwork sits on the whole label, inside the imprint area, and follows it around the product. Turn the product, or open All sides or Flat label above the preview, to see every part of it.
Download your virtual
Downloading as . Virtual reference .
The virtual PNG shows the product (every side, when the label wraps around it) and the whole label flat. The spec sheet is a one-page PNG for your client’s designer: imprint area, label size, art guidelines, accepted file formats and the reference number of this virtual.
Send it to the art team
When your client wants to move forward, send the virtual and the original artwork (AI or EPS preferred) to the art team. They prepare the proof on the product’s label template, and nothing is printed until your client approves it.
- Copy the summary.
- Open the request form in a new tab.
- Paste the summary into the message box, then attach the downloaded virtual and the original artwork file (AI or EPS preferred).
